This power allows a target person, location, or object to emit an aura of antitime. Any person coming into contact with the target of this power will stop moving through time until it loses contact with the target. For example, a house with Antitime on it would cause anyone who went into it at 3:00 AM to exit it at 3:01 AM, regardless of how long they spent in the house.
