In the Hero@Heart universe, you can create any type of character you want. The rules are designed so that every aspect of your character's creation is in your hands, starting with these base rules and then expanding them in the extended rulesets to give you the ability to add magic, psionics, superpowers, or even cybernetic augmentations. The limit is up to you and your imagination.
