Exceptional Successes

There are times when, due to positive rank bonuses, the four named ranks aren't good enough to describe the success achieved. When a success greater than Excellent occurs, it becomes an Exceptional Success. In the original version of the game, these ranks each had names (Exceptional, Superb, Astounding, Amazing, Incredible), but for the sake of not having to remember all that, any success greater than +4 is simply referred to as an "Exceptional Success."
