This allows a magician to cause something to grow, whether it be in size, speed, intensity, etc.. The rate of this change relies on the success rank of the spell, and the effect may need to be continued over time in order for the amount of contraction the magician desires. The magician must be very careful if trying to physically enlarge something or someone he does not want to destroy!
