The magician can create an illusory noise of any sort, even mimicking human speech or animal noises. The success rank of the spell indicates the clarity of the sound. All those inside the area of effect will hear the sound, and all those inside the sound itself will suffer Hearing Damage equal to the success rate of the spell. The sound can only be heard inside the area of effect: it stops directly at the edge of its area, and does not cause an echo.
