The creature can modify a part of its body, essentially shapeshifting it into something else. The actual “usability” of the object the body part has been shifted into will be based on the result of the roll. For example, if the creature turns its hand into a blade, but rolls Poor, the blade will have deformed fingers and will be made of skin, therefore not being very useful as a weapon.
