The creature can either bring a once living corpse back to life, or can cause itself to return back to life after it dies. This may be attempted only once per target (including itself), and the result shows how much injury and Fortitude damage is healed. If the target had a disease, or was poisoned, or any other number of status ailments, they will be reduced by the number of ranks of success of the Resurrection. This is a real resurrection: the spirit is brought back into the body, and the target really does live again. It is not illusory, they are not possessed, and they are not undead… it is the real deal.
