Appearance: He appears as a young elfin man with light blue hair wearing a golden girdle. He sometimes has the wings of an osprey-like bird as well. Although he is very lean, he is very well-muscled, and everywhere he goes the scent of freshly fallen rain follows.
Personality: Sephyr is chaotic, going wherever he pleases and doing whatever he wants. He may also sometimes appear to be just the slightest bit mad. He works at his own relaxed pace, although his procrastination has never led to failure to act in the best interest of his adherents.
Code of Ethics: His followers must live by their own rules, going wherever they want and doing whatever they want, although he begs that his followers remember to respect that everyone should have that right. He gets upset when his followers don’t follow through or restrict themselves due to the laws or rules of others. Because of this, he is the patron saint of pirates.
Gifts: A flower picked completely at random the moment before the summoning.
Spells: Sephyr allows his followers to cast a 20-foot bubble that lets everyone within breathe and move freely underwater.
